The charm of authenticity and the traces of time

Some surfaces do not try to look new. They hold a variation, the mark of a human gesture. For AW 2027-28, the Mending mood celebrates the charm of authenticity: lived-in surfaces, visible repairs, spontaneous assemblages, and details inspired by the world of workwear.

Worn denim, recomposed fabrics, tartan, florals and bronze shape a narrative in which memory and innovation do not exclude one another, but coexist.

From this imaginary, Gruppo Uniesse develops its own interpretation: buttons, buckles and accessories become the point where that world is concentrated, reduced in scale and transformed into a detail that can be applied to the garment. Dark dotted grounds, grey hazelnut tones with a subtle pearlescent finish, veiled caramels, browns and honey hues gathering towards the centre suggest a material crossed by variations, depth and small irregularities.

Each element comes from what the company knows how to design, produce, finish and archive season after season.
